Entering our driveway at Holmacott Instow, we want you to be totally relaxed while you stay with us in The Stables, (name on driveway entrance is Paddock Wood) There is a downstairs toilet which also has a washing machine for you. Upstairs, the open plan space is light, airy & gets plenty of sun bursting through, with views overlooking the surrounding fields. A kitchenette, table, a relaxing area with sofa, cushions, cubes to sit on which can double up as 2 open-out beds, TV, a double bed & seperate shower & toilet.
We have lived here since 2009 & absolutely love it. Being able to have guests come & stay in our separate accommodation & experience the beautiful area we live in is a real privilege. PLEASE NOTE THIS PROPERTY IS SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS MAXIMUM & 2 CHILDREN UNDER 18, NO LARGER ADULT GROUP BOOKINGS SUITABLE
House name: Paddock Wood, Situated .25 mile out of the hamlet Holmacott which has around 12 properties, we are surrounded by rolling fields. There is always the relaxing sound of nature, we are only 3 miles away from local boating village Instow, ancient town Bideford a further 5 minutes on, Westwardho! seaside town, Appledore, another boating vialllage. In the other direction you have Barnstaple town. Access to the local Tarka Trail which stretches for miles in all directions perfect for cycling, walking.
