Beautiful new apartment located opposite Rhos On Sea harbour. The beach is right at your front door, with breathtaking views over the harbour and the North Wales coastline. The Beach here at Rhos and Colwyn Bay has recently had over thirty million pounds spent on it, making it a fantastic place to relax with the family, walk the dog, or chill with a few drinks. Snowdonia and it's beauty is half an hour drive away, as is Anglesey. Shops, restuarants, pubs much are only less than a minute walk away. The apartment has a beach theme, is on the ground floor, and is very relaxing. With a king size bed in the bedroom, and a fold out double sofa bed in the lounge. A fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, with a bath and shower. The apartment also has free WiFi, smart TV with Sky TV, Netflix and Prime as well as other apps. There is a pay and display car park a two minute walk, it's never full, even in the summer. And there's usually plenty of on road parking. I'm more than happy to explain what to do, and where to go if needed, but not intrusive if not. There are many apartments that say close to the beach, but this one could not get any closer. So, if you want a relaxing break, I'd be more than happy to welcome you to the beautiful Ocean View.
