Guys Cliffe Townhouse is a stylish and airy 2 bed house with off street car parking located a 20 min walk from Warwick town centre. The property is ideal for families (not small children) taking a break/contractors/hospital workers. The accommodation is spread over 3 floors and consists of 2 bedrooms - one king-sized & the other a twin, a living/dining room, a modern well equipped kitchen, a bathroom & a second w.c, a games room and a south facing patio with garden furniture to sit and relax.
