Property information

Lovely modern two bedroom townhouse set over 3 floors next to the Wakefield station and 10 minutes drive from the motorway and 20 minutes drive to Leeds. The property is beautifully furnished and equipped with brand new furniture and perfect for families or couples who would like be close to the center of Wakefield. We are more than happy to welcome corporate lets for stays up to one month. A free allocated parking space with parking permit is located outside the front door. There is free super fast wi-fi throughout the property. COVID UPDATE - The host is vaccinated and we have prepared our property for the current challenges facing holidaymakers. You can be assured therefore that we will be fully deep cleaning our property between every guest. This is a non smoking property and no pets allowed. No unregistered guests. Our house consists of a comfortable lounge with open plan kitchen area and comfortable sofa and dining table. The perfect place to chill out and watch the TV with Netflix installed. The kitchen has a fridge, Freezer, Oven, Microwave, Kettle and Toaster as well as cooking equipment and crockery. Master bedroom has Kingsize bed and the second bedroom with Double bed.

Neighbourhood information

Wakefield is a fantastic location, with plenty of local bars and restaurants to explore in walkable distance. Train station is one minute walk from house and there are trains for every 10 minutes to London and Leeds.
