On-site parking is free. Between each reservation, we perform a thorough cleaning that includes sanitising the kitchen appliances, doorknobs, taps, and handles. Our modern apartment in the heart of Moseley offers a comfortable sofa bed for 5 and a dining table for 4 in the open plan lounge. The fully equipped kitchen includes snacks and all essentials. The bedroom features an award-winning memory foam mattress for 2, along with a wardrobe and workspace. The ensuite bathroom offers a walk-in shower and provided toiletries. Enjoy privacy with one set of keys and entertainment with a smart 42" TV with Netflix. Ideal for solo travelers or couples, our apartment ensures a comfortable stay whether for business or leisure. Please note : Absolutely no parties or gatherings allowed under any circumstances. Those found in breach will face immediate eviction and substantial fines without exception. For guests who make same-day reservations and one-night stays, we may require a fully refundable deposit to be paid prior to check-in, along with the submission of a valid identification photograph. If house rules are followed, the deposit will be returned on the day of check-out.
