This stylish luxury 2 bedroom house is located in the historical site of Banfields & Sons Ltd, which was one of Brighton's oldest shops. The house boasts superfast WIFI, and a spacious kitchen/diner to sit back and relax in. The master bedroom has an ensuite and a king size bed with quirky and characterful features. The second bedroom also has an ensuite and a super king size bed. There is also a mezzanine floor set-up as a cosy working environment. This property is perfect for longer-term stays and for contractors, please enquire for further details and discounts. For stays longer than 28 days in duration, please enquire. Please also enquire for any additional guests.

The property is located off Western Road - which boasts a wide range of bars, restaurants, convenience stores and has easy access to transport links. The property is walking distance from central Brighton and attractions such as the Laines and is also a stone throw from the seafront. The property is also walking distance to Hove and it's main road on Church Street, which has a wide variety of options for food, drink, shopping and general entertainment.
