One of a row of exclusive beachfront properties, Kerenza Sands rests just a few metres from the shore, separated from the beach only by the village green, and has a large garden with uninterrupted views of the bay. Recently refurbished to an exceptional standard, the property boasts three spacious bedrooms (one of which is en-suite) and a fabulous open plan living space. The modern kitchen features lovely sea views and comes fitted with a range of appliances and utensils, while the bright and airy dining room with its large table and ocean panorama beyond the garden, is the ideal spot for sharing meals and conversation together. For days when you fancy a meal out, the Sand Bar which perches right on the beach, is just a few minutes’ walk away, and here you’ll be able to enjoy stone baked pizzas, gourmet burgers and a variety of light bites with some of the best beach and bay views in Cornwall. After your adventures out and about you'll be able to look forward to sinking into your very own private hot tub while dinner sizzles away on the BBQ.
