the first guy we met on reception was really nice,very helpfull and clear about parking and the area.night staff not so bothered .even about no shower door closing no toilet working.sent a man up with no tools to fix it.had no toilet use through stay only for weeing in.told not to use toilet paper at all.so what then ??????????????? the actual building was nice
