The hotel is excellent and spotless as is to be expected. The staff are extremely helpful. We booked with breakfast included and I informed the hotel that my husband is celiac and dairy intolerant. As we walked into the breakfast room, the staff on hand explained everything to him. Everything was labelled, which is refreshing being able to choose with peace of mind. Plenty of options ranging from healthy to indulgent. The room was quite at night. The hotel is literally just round the corner from Lancaster Gate Tube Station. Very bright and airy room with a lovely view. Its a shame we only had one night here.

Absolutely blown away by the architecture and entrance.

Absolutely blown away by the architecture and entrance. We thought this was an incredible building. Our kids loved the exhibits and they were well done for the interior. It doesn't really compare to the Field's museum in NYC, though. But we are really glad we went and would recommend it.

Very organised, exhibits are amazing especially the blue whale exhibit. A great experience and a must if you are visiting London. Donations are optional and you are not pressured to do this. For a free venue it really is fantastic.

In England there's a tradition about museums as Alsace of culture, there are lots of activities devoted to kids. It is a place of interaction between objects and visitors and not only places to watch. If you have kids I suggest the natural history museum that is free as all the other Victorian museum, Tate, British, Albert....

National Gallery has nice cafe and afternoon tea at a reasonable price. Sundays at the Natural History Museum are mobbed with people with their children. Do not go on that day if you don't like crowds.
