The property is located in a quiet block of apartment and are not a hotel, but rather a serviced apartment. We offer a very comfortable space that will be your own private and safe space. In the summer the apartment is very cool and very warm in the winter so you can be assured you won't be freezing or too hot. To enable you have a comfortable time please read the information below regarding the facilities available at our property: 1. The apartment is well ventilated and very spacious, to prevent any form of condensation we have a dehumidifier in the bathroom . 2. There is a breakfast bar that serves as a dining area and an area for your use if you have any work related activities to do. 3. There is ironing facilities, spare pillows and blanket, hair dryer and a bedside lamp for your use. 4. There is a microwave and there pots, pans, cutlery and plates for your use. 5. There is cold water in the fridge and a tea and coffee making facilities for your use. 6. We have cakes, dried cereal, croissant and biscuits available for your enjoyment during your stay. 7. There is a washing machine and drying facilities, along with a dishwasher. 8. We don't provide ironing services but we are happy to clean the apartment weekly if your stay is booked for more than a week. Please do reach out to us if you have any questions. If you drive please note you will have to check on the Birmingham City website if your car is excluded from the clean Air Zone charge. We are one mile away from the City Centre and All its attractions including the Mail Box and Sea Life center. We are a 20 minutes walk away from the five ways train station. 5 minutes walk from the Utilita Arena. The tram goes directly from Broad Street into the city centre, Birmingham library, Edgbaston. It also goes to West Bromwich and Wolverhampton.
