    Beautiful house, absolutely everything you need is there. Great location for beach, amazing walk along the coast towards Seal Island, restaurants, pubs, Tate Gallery - car parked up for the whole time & we walked everywhere.

    The house is gorgeous, as is the garden. There was plenty of room for five of us, lots of ‘little extras’ in the welcome basket and a local info file that had everything we could have wished for.

An exceptionally well appointed detached house in a secluded, town centre location with private parking for two cars. Private enclosed garden with a sunny aspect. Rooms recently refurnished to a very high standard. A short walk to four fantastic beaches, including Porthmeor for surfing (and St. Ives Surf School), close to the harbour, restaurants, St. Ives Tate and spectacular coastal walks. A perfect location to relax and explore everything which St. Ives has to offer in all four seasons.

Located in the centre of St. Ives, the house is very close to a wide range of high quality restaurants, traditional Cornish pubs and cafes, Cornish art and craft shops, beautiful beaches, the St. Ives Tate, the harbour and wonderful coastal walks. You can easily walk everywhere in St. Ives to explore the town, enjoy local beaches and take in the Cornish coastline. There are numerous local trips available and places to visit with suggestions in a Welcome Pack in the house. By car, you can explore St Michael's Mount, the Minack Theatre, Botallack mine, Zennor, Newlyn Art Gallery, Penzance, Gurnard's Head, Porthcurno beach, Sennen Cove and Lands End for some of the best experiences in Cornwall.
