Set in an enviable part of Bath, with its own private parking and easy walking distance to the city centre. The spacious and yet cosy apartment has solid oak parquet flooring throughout, fast wifi, a hidden widescreen smart TV system with Bose surround-sound and Netflix as well as a comprehensive library of books. The fully equipped bespoke kitchen offers excellent cooking facilities including an AGA (except June, July & August) in addition to a conventional Neff oven & hob, a Fisher Paykal fridge/freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. The bedroom offers a Kingsize bed, plenty wardrobe space with a safe in it. Relax in the south facing garden with table and chairs.
The beautiful city of Bath is my home in the UK, but for much of the year I now live in southern France with my husband. With the help of Deborah, our wonderful property manager, we Airbnb our Bath base when away and feel sure guests will enjoy its many comforts and beautifully private yet convenient location .
The Garden Flat is situated on the slopes of Lansdown, Bath's magnificent northern quarter and home to the famous Royal Crescent and Circus. However, the equally beautiful Lansdown, Camden and Summerhill Crescents are also within easy walking distance. There are the world renowned Roman Baths, the Assembly Rooms with its fashion museum, the Jane Austen Centre, the American Museum, the Holburne museum and many, many more unique places to visit. With narrow shops built onto Pulteney Bridge, a rooftop pool at Thermae Spa, countless bars and restaurants, Bath has a myriad of attractions and the Garden Flat is the perfect base from which to explore them. It is also within a few minutes of the renowned Cotswold Way offering the opportunity of beautiful walks into open countryside.
