Having launched Lower Mill Estate in The Cotswolds in 1999, the company went on to launch Silverlake, Dorset in 2011 and has a number of other exciting projects in the pipeline, including Birchwood Estate in North Devon. The Estates combine ecology, architecture and community to help your family to thrive and enjoy a holiday surrounded by nature. The Paxton family continues to run Habitat First Group to this day and the family touch can be felt in everything that we do.

Contemporary, detached 3-bed lakeside property, having been well maintained and furnished to a high standard by the current owners. Spacious enclosed ground floor terrace with outdoor furniture, a wood-burning stove to the living area as well as a rear balcony accessed from the living area enjoying views across Howells Mere Lake, and a recently added balcony to the front elevation taking full advantage of the late afternoon and evening sun. Well-equipped kitchen catering for six guests. Located within a 5-minute walk of the Spa facility and on-site restaurant. The kitchen offers an excellent range of cupboards with many built-in appliances including a single oven, gas hob, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and complimentary granite work surfaces. Well equipped for six guests. Nespresso coffee machine. An amazing vaulted living room with full-height glazed elevations. Guests can enjoy comfortable seating for six and a log burner for those cosy evenings. The dining area caters to six people. There is a 40” television, Blu-ray DVD player, and iPod dock available for guests’ use. Sliding doors to the first-floor balcony. There is also a separate study as well as a second-floor mezzanine area providing a snug area with a door to the en-suite shower room. The owners have recently added a first-floor balcony to the front of the property taking full advantage of the westerly sunshine. All of the bedrooms are on the ground floor. The first of the bedrooms is a twin room, the second and third bedrooms have access to the outside decking area with double en-suites as well as built-in wardrobes. There is a family bathroom on the ground floor. The first-floor balcony offers two tables and six dining chairs with BBQ and boats lovely views over the water. The ground floor deck is a spacious enclosed space by the water and offers an array of lounge-style furniture.
