Pen Y Bryn Bach is a detached cottage, the former pig sty has many of its original features however it benefits from a large kitchen space which is ideal for entertaining. The property has private parking, Wi-Fi included and a smart TV with access to streaming sites such as Netflix. The lounge area offers a log burner for those cosy nights in. This location is ideal for couples, families and walkers wanting to get away to the country. Up to 2 dogs are welcome in the cottage free of charge, all we ask is they do not go on the furniture or in the bedrooms.
We moved here in August 2019 and fell in love with the place straight away, when Im not busy here I'm teaching in a local college. My husband and I live on site with our daughter and we just finished developing the original farm house and in future hopefully the additional barns in to more lovely holiday cottages. We live in a separate property on site, so we are available to help in any way we can.
Chwilog is a quiet village located in Pen Llyn which has a local pub and butchers offering local produce. The location benefits from a cycle track and coastal path plus the beach which is within walking distance. Chwilog is located 5 miles from Pwllheli and 9 miles from Porthmadog which has supermarkets and local shops. There is a bus stop at the bottom of the drive and a train station approx 1 mile from the property. It is located approx 1/2 mile from the beach and a mile from Haven. There are many stunning walks you can go on in the area, these range from the coastal path, to the Lon Goed to taking on the challenge of climbing Snowdonia.
