The single-storey annexe has its own front door. This leads into an open-plan drawing room, dining room and kitchen, which is ideal for anyone wishing to live independently. A hallway leads through to a bathroom and double bedroom. A door at the rear of the annexe opens on to the garden. Perfect place and child friendly Private Parking and has no issue with parking inside the gated house
