Situated close to Rufford Abbey with a private entrance to the abbey grounds, this superb, semi-detached barn conversion is set privately in the grounds of the owner&rsquo;s home. Enjoying a superb location with Clumber Park, Sherwood Pines, Newark, Lincoln and Nottingham all a short drive. Whether as a touring base, for business or somewhere to sit back and relax, this lovely property is ideal for all. Superbly appointed with lots of space and a lovely wood burner to sit back and relax in front of on a winters evening. There are terraces to the front and rear, meaning you can enjoy a coffee in the morning sun. The area is popular for cyclists and walkers, with good routes straight from the door and a pub for food and drink &frac12; mile away for refreshments after a day exploring.
