Stunning new property on a quiet country lane, close to Woodside Gardens, The Salterns, and The Sea Wall. The Beautiful Bed and Breakfast room is located on the ground floor of the property with its own private entrance. The room is decorated and furnished to a very high standard with an en-suite shower-room, off-road parking and charging for an electric car (at a small extra charge) and also a secure area to store bicycles. The lovely bright bedroom is at the front of the property and is furnished with a very luxurious super-king-sized bed, bedside tables and lamps, a dressing table/desk, and a lovely window seat. The en-suite shower-room is a treat to step into, with its large monsoon shower, stylish basin, taps and lighting. Your hosts Penny and Richard will leave you to your own devices, but if you need anything they are very happy to help. Guests can enjoy a Continental style breakfast in the room, comprising of Tassimo Coffee Machine, Teas, Croissants, Jam, Marmalade, Biscuits etc. Penny and Richard also encourage you to try some of the amazing eatery’s in Lymington (for breakfast they recommend Lymington Larder, The Hidden Yard and The Yacht Haven). The location is perfect for countryside / sea wall walks and cycle rides that can take you into Lymington, or towards Keyhaven and Milford-on-Sea, with spectacular views of the Needles, the Isle of Wight and the salt marshes. Woodside Gardens is seconds away, with its well-maintained gardens, beautiful rose garden, play park, fairy walk, football field, cricket pitches, tennis courts and ping-pong tables and outdoor gym - often very quiet and free for everyone to enjoy. Within the gardens there is a café serving drinks, ice creams, snacks and delicious bacon rolls! There's a choice of great pubs within walking distance. Our favourites are "The Fisherman’s" and "The Chequers", both within a 5 minute level walk and are both within 1km. If you fancy a longer stroll there is "The Haven" Bar and Restaurant
