Cook Ave is a spacious, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house situated in Bearpark, a short distance from Durham City Centre. The location is perfect for groups, families, couples, and professionals working in the city centre with local bars and restaurants just a short stroll away. On entry is the open plan lounge and kitchen area with the lounge area including a TV, a large sofa and an arm chair. The kitchen includes all the essentials you will need during your stay including utensils, toaster, microwave, washer dryer, and two fridge - freezers. There is also a separate dining area that has a four seater dining table. There is also a library on the ground floor which is perfect for relaxing, catching up on work or spending free time reading Upstairs are two double bedrooms with each bedroom having ample storage for your clothes and belongings for the duration of your stay. The second bedroom also includes a desk which could be used as a dressing table or work space depending on your requirements. The family bathroom includes a walk in shower and ample storage as well as a sink and a toilet. There is also a separate w/c. Externally is a large garden which guests can use. Please note parking for Cook Ave is on street parking. Please note a maximum of 2 pets are allowed at this property with an additional charge per pet for the duration of your stay.
