We should like to welcome you to our beautifully renovated home which was completed in 2023, has 3 double bedrooms, master bedroom with en-suite, sleeps 6 people and has designated off road parking for 2 cars. Only minutes away from both St Ives and Carbis Bay beaches where you can enjoy the sun, sand, sea and surf as too our many beautiful coastal walks with panoramic views of St Ives all the way to Hayle and beyond Godrevy lighthouse. You will be pleased to note:- Being dog lovers our selves we do allow dogs and free of charge, by prior arrangement only and require confirmation as to the dog’s size and bread prior to Booking. Further, for Health & Safety reasons of subsequent holiday makers possibly having allergies to dogs and in the interest of the dog's own safety, any dog whilst in the property is to be kept in the kitchen/dining area and nowhere else in the property whatsoever nor are any dogs allowed on any of the furniture, beds etc, nor to sleep directly on the carpets, the dogs bedding and towels are to be supplied by you, and no dogs are to be cleaned/washed in any of the sinks, bath or shower so as to avoid any scratches/damage to the sinks, bath or shower or injury to your dog as we accept no liability for any injury or loss of your dog/s. Prior to departure all traces of the dog/s are to be removed from both the inside and the outside of the property failing which additional cleaning charges will be attributed. We cannot therefore guarantee that dogs have never occupied the premises We also provided free designated parking for 2 cars only and are parked at the owners own risk.
