    “Very well equipped house. Nice quiet area and easy to get to other places in the area. Would recommend a car for ease. We were missing some towels but the host was there in less than 20 minutes! Very friendly hosts.”

The house features 2 double bedrooms and 2 single bedroom, a modern kitchen and a spacious bathroom with a shower. The house is perfect for larger groups and those seeking style and comfort whilst visiting Sunderland.

A deceptively large 4 bedroom property which can sleep up to 6 guests. The property has been recently fully refurbished and is as new. We have been operating in serviced properties for over 4 years and believe our experience and service puts us ahead of other providers.
