Outside to the back of the property, the cottage’s lovely south-facing garden includes a raised terrace with an outdoor dining suite where guests can enjoy barbecues in the sunshine, and when the evenings draw in, they can light the chiminea and pop open a bottle of bubbly before settling back for conversation around the fire. It's also a terrific base from which to explore the local area, with the National Trust’s Godolphin Estate, it’s Medieval garden and historic house being just down the road. The ancient town of Helston lies around 4.5 miles away, and Porthleven, with its trendy food scene and famous harbour is just a few minutes’ drive away.
