This stylish & quirky studio flat with its own front door, is nestled in the heart of Brighton - 3 blocks back from the beach. It's like a cosy cabin - compact & fully equipped. It has an awesome bath tub (soak in it for for hours on end), a comfy double bed on the mezzanine floor (surrounded by plant life), and an open planned lounge/kitchen space with skylight windows, dimmer switch lighting set up & a sofa that transforms into a chaise lounge or single sofa bed. This is a small and intimate space, great for a couple and perfect for one person. It can also sleep an additional person on the sofa bed (see pics), preferably a child, because the space is limited and could get too crowded if you are thinking of sharing with just friends. We’ve created a dimmer switch lighting set-up to control the sensorial mood across the studio.
We're in the perfect central location - Everything you need is within a 5-15min walk in any direction. Below the studio is the ‘Tallboys’ barber, and just next door is one of Brighton's best coffee shops, burger bars and Romana pizza takeout. Over the road, is an off-license for necessities and a pub, and one block southwards is the main high street full of pubs, restaurants, bars, cafes and shops, and two more blocks southwards and you're on the beach. Just round the corner is a great park and going westwards is Hove town centre and eastwards are the famous Brighton Lanes.
