Property information

Enjoying a prime position in walking distance to all of Bristol's most favoured amenities, this is a home not to be missed. Based over three floors, the home includes three versatile bedrooms to host families or groups of friends, two bathrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen and multiple areas to unwind both inside and outside. We hope you'll love our carefully chosen art and decor, and feel relaxed in the space. Picton Street is right in the heart of the district, just off Stokes Croft and Cheltenham Road, and within comfortable walking distance of the shopping district, University, Floating Harbour, Downs and everything else that Bristol has to offer. Visitor parking permits can be purchased and provided for parking on a range of streets close to the flat. There are several independent shops, pubs and eateries within just yards of the front door. Two mini-marts stocking literally everything are just across the road and the nearest supermarket is a 5 minute stroll. The house was purchased in 2023 - the garden and downstairs area have been extensively renovated so we hope you enjoy what we think are some great improvements, as well as a taste of life in this incredible city.

Picton Street is right in the heart of the district, just off Stokes Croft and Cheltenham Road, and within comfortable walking distance of the shopping district, University, Floating Harbour, Downs and everything else that Bristol has to offer. There are several independent shops, pubs and eateries within just yards of the front door. The house was purchased in 2023 - the garden and downstairs area have been extensively renovated.
