Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Gas Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Coffee Machine, Washing Machine Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Ensuite: Roll Top Bath With Shower Attachment, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet Bedroom 2: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, Single (3ft) Bed, Z-Bed (Flexible Sleeping Only) Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Welcome pack. Front garden with garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. . Beech Lodge is located on the original, established side of the Marina within a gated community. It is set within a quiet and attractively maintained landscaped area and a short walk away from the marina boardwalk and all the amenities that the Marina has to offer. Being the original show home for the lodge development it is attractively fitted out to a high standard. Patio doors from the living area gives access to our private veranda where you can enjoy outdoor eating and relaxing, overlooking a secluded grassed area with Marina views where you can enjoy observing the birds and other wildlife visitors. Inside, the lodge is equipped with everything you may need to make your stay enjoyable, including microwave, dishwasher, fibre broadband, Smart TV and fire stick providing access to your own Netflix, Amazon, Amazon music and Disney accounts. The attractive spacious open plan living space provides comfortable seating and dining, overlooking the outside veranda.
