Property information

Situated in Southsea, Hereford House is a beautifully refurbished grand house, split into 4 apartments. This property is a spacious 2 bedroom ground floor apartment with outdoor space. Close to the seafront, Southsea shopping and nightlife, the accommodation is perfectly situated to provide easy access to all that Portsmouth and Southsea has to offer. With wifi, lots of extra comforts and permits provided for on street parking, Hereford House is a great place to stay whether you are visiting for work or pleasure. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: I agree to be bound by your rental terms and conditions. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card prior to check in. I acknowledge that I may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance by my rental agreement and condition of the booking.

Neighbourhood information

Situated in a traditional, Southsea street populated mostly with Victorian townhouses and just off Victoria Road South, the property’s location is excellent. Parking is free on the street although it does get busy in the evenings, particularly at weekends. However, it's just a 15 minute walk to Southsea beach and the South Parade Pier, as well as Canoe Lake which is a great area if you have kids with you. It’s only a 2 minute walk to the bustling Albert Road with its vast selection of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, an eclectic mix of boutique shops, the beautiful Kings Theatre and the Wedgewood Rooms (live music venue). Just a 10 minute drive gets you to the Historic Dockyard or to Gunwharf Quays for outlet shopping, restaurants, bars and a cinema. Also in close proximity, is the Pyramids Centre Swimming Pool and Gym, Southsea Castle, Museums, Blue Reef Aquarium, Clarence Pier (amusement park), Southsea Common and the Skate Park. If you are visiting for work, you can get to all the major areas of employment within 10-15 minutes.
