Exclusively Eastbourne was set up by husband and wife, Carl & Sarah Stanger, after they recognised the need for high quality self catering accommodation on Eastbourne. Both Carl and Sarah have travelled extensively, lived abroad and enjoyed (and occasionally endured) a wide spectrum of holiday and business accommodation and this experience has shaped their understanding of what makes a great holiday home. Their ethos is simple - to listen to and understand what guests require and provide only the best holiday homes. If there is something that would help to make your stay extra special, just ask. Perhaps it is a romantic getaway and you want champagne chilling and flowers on arrival.

With stunning views over the marina from a generous private terrace, Beautiful Dawn is a great place to unwind. Stylish yet welcoming inside, this contemporary apartment sleeps up to four in one double and one twin bedroom. If mobility is an issue, there is lift access from the underground car park to this ground floor flat. This Sovereign Harbour flat has an ensuite to the master bedroom and there is a second bathroom with a bath and shower over. The living space is open plan and delightfully light and spacious. There is plenty of comfy seating in front of the TV in the lounge area, with French doors at the end leading out to the terrace. The dining table seats four and the kitchen is well equipped for self catering with a fridge-freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The spacious terrace has wonderful marina views, a swing chair to relax in and two outdoor dining sets for al fresco meals. WiFi provided, plus linen and regular towels.

Neighbourhood information

The convenient location of this apartment on Sovereign Harbour and the harbourside bars and restaurants makes it perfect for couples, small families or perhaps friends or colleagues sharing. Eastbourne town centre with all of its amenities, the seafront and the train station and bus terminal are within walking distance along the promenade or a short drive away. Perhaps you fancy spending the evening in one of the many bars and restaurants before heading for a show at one of the four theatres.
