Bear Cottage is situated deep within the heart of Artists Valley with Snowdonia on its doorstep. The peaceful location, tucked deep within the forest is the perfect place to unwind and enjoys breathtaking views surrounded by trees, mountains, lakes, beaches and even an old mine. Perfect for some of the best motorbike rides in the country. 5 mins from RSBP Ynys-hir and well renowned Ynyshir Restaurant.
Hi I’m Dave, a retired Head Teacher who jumped out of the ‘rat race’ and landed in Artists Valley. It’s that good I decided to get into the holiday let business with my daughter to let others enjoy the peace and tranquillity that it brings. I love nothing more than riding motorbikes up in the Cambrian Mountains with my children and walking my dog on the beach. I am in most days, if you need anything just ask otherwise I will leave you to your own means.
Mostly wildlife and trees. Advise travelling by car. Located approximately a mile and a half down a single track road following the river that winds through the forest.
