We know how important it is to be able to relax in comfort when travelling away, and so creating a home-from-home in each of our properties is core to the ethos of our company. Each individual apartment/house has a fully equipped kitchen, with tea and coffee waiting for your arrival. Netflix is available to help you unwind after a busy day. High-quality linen and towels are provided as standard, and we provide a housekeeping service for those staying long enough to need it. Oh, and of course, there’s free Wi-Fi to keep you connected. We strongly believe that staying away from home shouldn’t mean you have to forgo comfort or convenience. Your accommodation shouldn’t be somewhere to simply sleep, but something that should enhance your stay and take it to the next level. In fact, we’re passionate about making your stay the best it can be.

The Arthouse Nottingham is a freshly renovated, spacious five bedroom home from home. Owned by a family of artists, it features original art and photography throughout the period property. There is a kitchen diner, which has a dining table with seating for six, a breakfast bar, solid oak countertops, gas hob with double electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, fridge freezer and a wall mounted flat screen TV. Great for foodies and entertaining. The living room has a 55" 4k Samsung TV with Amazon prime, mood lighting, original wooden flooring, and ample seating setup to make this a perfect place to relax in comfort and watch films. The 5 bedrooms range from sizeable to even bigger and can sleep from five up to ten people. There are two bathrooms. Other details to note: Your leisure time is our priority, and we strive to provide you with a delightful experience during your stay. Log in to your personal Netflix account on our thoughtfully designed Smart TV. As you bid farewell to your delightful stay, ensure a stress-free departure by signing out. Please note that there is no aerial service available. To enhance our guests' stay, we provide toiletries and other amenities upon their arrival, ensuring a great start to their experience. In the event that these items are consumed before their departure, we kindly request them to purchase replacements from nearby shops, as we do not offer replenishment services. Please Note: There is no parking available due to no parking permit.

If you’re here to watch sport, then the world-famous Trent Bridge Cricket Ground, the Nottingham Forest and Notts County football grounds, The Nottingham Tennis Centre and Nottingham Racecourse are all easy to access by public transport. And, you’ll find the National Ice Centre, which is also home to the Motorpoint Arena Nottingham where you’ll see some of the biggest names in entertainment, in Nottingham city centre.
