Welcome to our spacious 4-bedroom house with a garden and free parking, perfect for long or short-term stays! Our home is ideal for workers who need comfortable accommodation that feels like a home away from home. The 3 bedrooms can either be twins with 2 single beds or doubles with a king size bed, with 1 single room. There is a cozy living room with comfy seating and a large TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge freezer, microwave, oven, and stove as well as all utensils.

Neighbourhood information

This is a nice area with plenty of facilities nearby. There is a large Tesco within 2 min drive from the door and Lidl or Morrisons within 5 min. Easy access to/from the Coventry Bypass, The University Hospital, Binley Industrial Estate and Business Park. It is also within walking distance from Coombe Country Park and Brandon Woods for those wanting to enjoy the outdoors. Also Binley Mega Chippy, of TikTok fame, is just down the road.
