If early check in has been purchased check in will be from 3pm. Check in is via a secure key box for which you will be provided the key box code for. Short Stay St Andrews has an office on South Street in St Andrews and is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm where we will be happy to help with any queries. Check Out Check out is before 10am. If late checkout has been purchased check out is extended to 11am. Any guests failing to check out by the specified times will be charged a late check out fee. Please note we cannot hold guest luggage in the property after check out. Complaints Whilst we aim to please during your stay, we unfortunately are unable to investigate any complaints once you have departed the property if we were not made aware of them or given the opportunity to resolve them during your stay. Breakages We understand that accidents do happen, and we ask that you report any breakages to us. Any unreported breakages or damage following your departure will be deducted from your security deposit. Hair Straighteners & Hair Dryers Please do not put hair straighteners on the carpet. This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment situated in what was formerly the Royal Hotel, is located in the centre of St Andrews. With a living room, replete with sofa bed, and dining area capable of easily accommodating six. The kitchen comes fully equipped for guests preferring to eat in, rather than enjoy the variety of nearby restaurants. The apartment comes with a dedicated parking space at the rear of the building for one vehicle. The entrance to the building is shared with the neighbouring ground floor flat. Upon entering the apartment, doors lead off to the living room, kitchen, master bedroom with en-suite, second bedroom, and second bathroom. Please make us aware if you wish to use the sofa bed. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire property. No rooms will be off limits and all contents within the house are there for our guests use including wifi, the TV and the cooking implements. Pre Arrival When the booking is confirmed you will receive instructions via a web link with all the necessary information to check yourself in at your leisure from 4pm. If early check in has been purchased check in will be from 3pm. Please note that access is not permitted to the property before this time, and we cannot store any luggage prior to check in.
