Property information

Rooftop of 2 rooms completely renovated and displaying a unique style 2 steps from the beach of Roquebrune. This sunny 65m2 apartment facing south has a large terrace with garden furniture, a lovely view over the rooftops of Roquebrune and a sea view. Located on the top floor, and fully equipped, it can accommodate 2 to 4 people. You will have air conditioning in the summer. An official garage is also at your disposal in the residence. District of the beaches of Roquebrune Cap Martin. South of the apartment you have the sea and the beaches. To the north you have the Quartier de Carnolès with all amenities: supermarket, butcher, bakery, gas station, hairdresser. The train station is also a 1-minute walk away.
