We (Denis & Sandrine) had lived in various regions in France. Then fate made us fall in love with the city of Thann. The Denisandrine Residence transcribes our team spirit in this real estate adventure. We are renovating our old building built in 1607, with a mixture of old world charm and modern conveniences.

Apartment of 98 m² with high ceilings, renovated in 2019. 140 cm UHD 4K Smart TV with built-in JBL Sound Bar, Intelligent Indoor Air Quality Sensor, Space-saving Economy Heating, Sanitizing Walls, Private Bar, Very High Speed Internet Access (VDSL2 + 4G) ... Enjoy your haven of peace in peace. Located in the heart of downtown Thann, on the 2nd and last floor of our private residence, enjoy a privileged view of the bell tower of the Collegiate Church of Thann, which lights up in the evening. Enjoy a lot of services that can be reached on foot; Tram-train 3 min, many restaurants, shops, banks and sites within 5 min walk. Stroll along "La Thur", take a look at "The Eye of the Witch" ... Dated 1607, our building is being renovated by us.
