    Excellent location across from beach. Tram directly behind building which was extremely convenient! Shops & bakery within 5 minutes walk for grocery items. Excellent communication from owner who was also very helpful.

A magnificent and large apartment of 85 m² located on the seafront on the most beautiful and prestigious street of Nice - Promenade des Anglais. Terrace facing the sea. Panoramic sea view as on postcards! The apartment has been recently renovated, furnished in a contemporary style. It has 2 large bedrooms, one with sea view, a living room with terrace facing the sea, a kitchen. Air conditioning, Wifi. High floor - elevator. Direct tram from the airport to the apartment in 10 min.

A nice Sunny, big and modern apartment - you will definitely love it and have a nice stay ! A breathtaking panoramic sea view as on the postcard on your terrace. The flat is just in front of the sea and beach. You will enjoy 2 big bedroom. One of them is situated in front of the sea with a beatiful view on the sea, a big bed for two persons and a rest area with a sofa and tv. The second one has also a big confortable bed ans a tv. Everything to make your stay pleasant and make you want to come back.

The apartment is on the first line - facing the sea. A small market with fresh fish caught the same day is a hundred meters from the apartment. The beach with a volleyball court, possibility to rent jet skis ... Behind the building - many shops, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants ... At 200 meters from the building a guarded parking is available. In the building a superb restaurant with French cuisine, recommended by several guides of gastronomy
