Cocoonr agency offers you for rent, in a typical district of l'Aiguillon in Arcachon this fully renovated and tastefully decorated flat. Located on the 4thᵉ and top floor with lift, it offers you from its fitted terrace with an unobstructed view over the rooftops and a view angle over the basin! The flat sleeps 2 people very comfortably. The Piton des Neiges layout : - You enter the sleeping area with a double bed, under-bed storage and closet. - Shower room with large shower, washbasin and storage unit, toilet. - The living area is very pleasant and opens onto the terrace with bay windows, sofa, armchair, TV and Wifi included. The kitchen is fully equipped : top fridge, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle. Well thought-out retractable table at worktop level with 2 high stools, all space is cleverly optimized here ! Exterior : The terrace overlooking the Bassin gives you a feeling of infinity, height and well-being. From breakfast to dinner, it's the perfect place to spend the day. The owners, who live on Reunion Island - hence the name Piton des Neiges - have turned it into a little oasis of greenery, decorated with artificial plants - a little paradise ! You can take full advantage of the outdoor furniture : wooden table, armchairs and parasol.
