Duplex apartment 71 m2, located in a secure and quiet residence, which can accommodate up to 4 people with 2 independent bedrooms. 1.6 km from the historic center of Sarlat and less than 1 km from a shopping centre. Fully furnished with an unobstructed view from the bedroom and the kitchen of the PERIGORD mountains Garden table and chairs will be available on your private terrace facing the forest. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso, microwave, toaster, etc.) as well as all the crockery for 4 people. You will also find some condiments (sugar, salt, pepper…) to cook like at home. The living room with a large sofa and a flat screen TV opens onto the terrace Bathroom with shower, hair dryer, washing machine (detergent available). 2 separate toilets 2 bedrooms upstairs with 1 king size double bed (160*200) per bedroom. At your arrival, you will have local tea and coffee to make you feel at home Free high-speed WIFI (via private internal box) A bay-cot and a high chair are available to accommodate your little one Swimming pool heated in season

The apartment is located 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot from the city center of Sarlat. But also a few minutes from Les Eyzies, with its national museum of prehistory and its caves, Le Bugue with the Proumeyssac chasm, the village of Bournat and its beautiful aquarium, La Roque-Gageac, Beynac, Castelnaud La Chapelle, etc. .
