The apartment is composed as follows: - 33 m² living room with TV, sitting area and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: Double bed (140×190) with bathtub - Bedroom 2: Double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: Two single beds - Bathroom with bath, shower and WC - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - A shared swimming pool, heated to 28°C and measuring 6 m x 11 m, open from 15 May to 30 September, weather permitting (opening dates not contractually binding). - A 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
