New detached house of 85 m2 including an equipped kitchen opening onto a large living room and dining room. A large bathroom with bathtub and shower. 2 bedrooms (one bed 140cm and one bed 160cm bed) with dressing room. Convertible sofa for 2 (extra) MAXIMUM capacities 6 people An independent garden with wooden terrace (garden furniture and barbecue) House located opposite the vineyards in a quiet street. Electric gate, private parking.
