15 minutes south of Châteauroux, 20 minutes from George Sand's house and the Creuse Valley, this gite is in the heart of the countryside and a 2nd category river (300 metres). House with enclosed garden fitted out with a slide and a swing. On the ground floor: entrance - dining room/living room - fitted kitchen - 1 bedroom (1 double bed with washbasin) - shower room - toilets. Upstairs (straight staircase with rope ramp): 3 bedrooms (3 double beds, 1 130 cm bed, 1 180 cm bed, cot and sinks) - shower room - wc - play area. Garage (bike storage). Oil-fired heating (invoicing according to actual consumption - meter on the boiler, to be paid on site) and wood offered for the fireplace. Cleaning fee not included, billed obligatorily for professional stays at the rate of 65euros. In the same way, sheets are not provided, they are invoiced for professional customers at the rate of 12euros per pair. No Wi-Fi. Possibility of renting a room for 60 people (on site) at the price of 350 euros (Saturday noon to Sunday evening). By owner Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival: - Towels: 7.45euros per person per stay - End of stay cleaning: 69.15euros per stay Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
