It was lovely after I found it, the Garmin took me to a farm down the road, but they directed me down the road and I found it after driving past the first time. the local restaurant was 3 miles way and very friendly. I picked it as it had a 10 for breakfast and was the most expensive stay on the holiday, breakfast was simple and not the best on the trip, no meat or cheese as I was given at another stay, that was a 10. This was ok not what I was expecting.

A fairly large town with more shops than usually found in France. Had a very pleasant walk around the town a varied range of houses and an unusual war memorial. Super market located near town centre. Watch out for the one way streets.

Firstly, it was a very warm welcome by the lady who owns the business. She was really lovely. She certainly knows how to treat people. Knowledgeable about her town and tourist interests. Excellent breakfast. The room was clean and airy even though we arrived on a day when temperatures were high. It was everything you expected of a hotel without fuss. We hope to visit again later in the year because of this experience!

Stayed with friends riding through Spain, Portugal and France on our motorbikes. Pleasant overnight stay. Convenient location. We stayed in the newer section of the hotel which provided clean and tidy rooms, everything we needed.
Thé location was excellent, very close to everything in La Chatre, a charming historic town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great value for money too and wonderful to have free parking right outside the hotel !
