In Langrune-sur-Mer, we offer this charming 54 m² village house for rent, located 250 meters from the sea, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It comprises an attractive 27 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Bed linen and towels are included. We're waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - Separate WC Second floor: - A 27 m² living room with TV, Wifi (fiber optics), sofa bed and dining area. - A fully-equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob... Second floor: - Bedrooms 1 and 2 (attics): double bed (140×190) For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot (on request at no extra charge) and high chair (on request at no extra charge)... Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free WiFi available (fiber optics) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Accommodation with stairs - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
