The accommodation comprises - 24 m² living room with sofa bed (extra bed for a child), TV - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc., - Bedroom 1 : queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2 : two single beds - Shower room - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : plancha, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron. Exterior : - A 12m² terrace at the back of the house - A 32m² terrace in front of the kitchen and living room, with plancha, garden furniture and parasol, to make the most of the fine weather.
