The accommodation comprises - A 24 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1 : double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2 : single bed and sofa - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside : - A 14m² balcony facing south-west, with a view of the river and furniture to enjoy the fine weather. Other remarks : - The car park is under video surveillance. - Bed linen and towels included. - Free Wi-Fi available. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
