It was easy to find the hotel, close to Madeleine Metro station. I was greeted with nice, accommodating personel. I stayed in a single room for 3 nights with nice parisian window. The room size was enough for me, clean room, shower and toilet. It was quiet, just what I needed to recharge after my activities for the day. I had a comfortable bed. My room was cleaned everyday. The linens and towels were clean and fresh. Shampoo, soap, toiletries and hairdryer were provided. Great location. Close to restaurant, bakery , cafe and exclusive branded shops. It is not far to those famous places one must visit in Paris. I just put on my comfortable shoes and walked in Central Paris.

The staff was very friendly and eager to help. Location was amazing, very safe area with lots of restaurants nearby. The metro was near to the station, so it was easy to travel and sightsee all around the city.

I spend 3 night at the hotel. And the atmosphere is amazing. It feels like you are visiting your distant relatives: the personal is very friendly and caring. For example, at the arrival and departure I was offered tea/ coffee/ water. Hotel team was also giving reminders to be aware of pickpockets and take care of the wallet and bags. The room is small but cozy and have everything you need. However, the most important criteria for me was safety. As a woman travelling alone, this is a priority. And I can say that I felt very safe at the hotel and neighbourhood- it is the central, quiet district. I was not afraid of retiring late at night because the area is safe. I can definitely recommend booking and returning to this hotel. Hotel team, thank you very much for your work.

Breakfast wasn't an option when we booked, but was told it was available on arrival, an option which we took and were pleased with the decision. The hotel is in a lovely quiet street just of the Place de la Madeleine which gives easy access to historic parts of the city and also the important shopping streets. We found the location ideal for us and the staff very helpful.
