On the first floor, you will have a room with a standard bed (140*190) and a chest of drawers, and two closed rooms in a row, each with a standard bed (140*190). You will be able to enjoy a fenced exterior with outdoor furniture and barbecue (private and not overlooked) The rest of the property (entrance and the whole area in front of the house) can be shared with the other two houses of the property. Linen and towels will be provided.

In the middle of the countryside, only 7 kilometers from La Flèche and 45 minutes from Le Mans, the house is located on a large agricultural property. Great walks are possible around the pond, on the communal paths around. The 13th century chapel, classified as a historical monument, is located on the property.
