Apartment of 85 m2 in the center of the Corsair City with 2 bed rooms, a living room of 40 m2 with dining area. Fully equipped kitchen giving onto the dining area, large bathroom and independant toilets Spacious, very bright apartment The old and beautiful wooden parquet confers a warm atmosphere The bedding is supplied. Bathroom linen and final cleaning are proposed optional Ideal for a stay in family.
I am retired and I share my time between France and Singapore country of my wife Katty After a long career during which I crossed the globe I chose Saint Malo as place of relaxation and rest. I often need to escape from Paris area to comeback to Saint Malo and the sea only a few hundred meters from the apartment. And without needing the car. I propose my apartment for rental a few weeks a year only. A rental agreement will be established between the Tenant and myself and an insurance covering rental risks will be asked.
The accommodation is located in the center of « Intra-Muros », near the Cathedral. The beach of Bon secours and its swimming pool of sea water are located at about 250 meters from the apartment. Shops, market, restaurants, and bars are nearby and everything can be reached on foot without the car. Car parking in Saint-Malo and within Intra-Muros is strictly regulated. All the details, map of car parking zones and tariffs are available on the dedicated City hall website,
