Set on the slopes at 2080m at the hear of the Paridiski ski area, snow is guaranteed all season at Chalet Topaz a return to their roots. Chalet Topaz extends over c.300m² spread over several floors, sleeping up to 18 people. Entirely renovated during the summer of 2023, it combines authenticity, comfort and modernity. The materials chosen, the decorative elements, the underfloor heating, the 5* bedding... have been chosen to turn this authentic property into a luxury cocooning Chalet. Approximately 300m² in size, it sleeps 14 (18 with the independent apartment), blending a modern Savoyard spirit with the authenticity of old wood. Chalet Topaz offers 6 bedrooms, including 1 master and 1 bunk, each with en-suite bathroom/shower. The living and dining rooms overlook La Plagne and share a 270° fireplace. A cinema lounge, sauna, furnished terrace, large ski room with boot dryer and laundry room complete Chalet Topaz. The apartment, independent but linked from the inside, offers 1 bedroom, 1 living room with sofa bed, 1 shower room and 1 separate toilet
Directly on the Dou du Praz slope (blue run), joining the Bergerie chairlift, Chalet Topaz enjoys an exceptional location. Thanks to its direct proximity to the pedestrian center of Plagne Soleil, its shops, restaurants and ESF antenna, you'll have everything you need for a stay on the slopes and close to all amenities. Facing southwest, Chalet Topaz enjoys continuous sunshine all day long. The master bedroom benefits from double French windows and a balcony overlooking the valley, the living room from a furnished terrace and the dining room from a covered balcony.
