You have the entire apartment and all its amenities. The apartment is located 20 minutes walk (5 minutes by car) from the historic center of Libourne which can be reached on foot or by bike by a walk along the Isle (pronounce the S), to the confluence with the Dordogne. A free bus line serves the district from the station or the city center Free parking at the foot of the building is available to the residence The master bedroom has a 140cm bed and a large closet. The second bedroom, more for children, offers a 90cm bed and many toys. The living room, equipped with a sofa bed for two people, is both simple and friendly. Bike room at the entrance of the building.
The apartment is calm and simple. You have it entirely without intervention on our part, except in case of need.
Facing the vines on the west side (beautiful sunsets) and the park of the residence to the east, Le Pintey residence is located 300m from the Leclerc center. A few hundred meters away, the Lac des Daguey offers an exceptional nature center.
