  • Hi, We wanted to book this all the photos looked nice & you could see the sea. but in the booking it says garden view. we did not want to pay so much if we could not see the sea. can you confirm the room we are booking is the one in the photos & their is a sea view? thank you :) Martin.

  • Hello, there are 2 options on this site to reserve. One at £1800 and one at £1600 are the pictures on both the same apartment? Also we arrive at Nice Airport at 9.40pm on 8th and then need to travel from airport so likely not get to apartment until 11pm ish... would this be okay? Thank you.

    Hello,there's just one add, there shouldn't be 2 different prices it's weard! As far as check in is concerned it is normally at 16', at 11' you could drop your luggage &for sure check in at 13 or earlier in case previous tenant leave earlier than 11.

  • Is the apartment within a building of other apartments? Is there a security alarm? Is the terrace private?

    Hello. The flat is part of a private residence. The terrace shown on the pictures is 100% private. The whole building is equipped with a camera system, and there are codes and keys to have access to garden, building itself garage. Small safe in flat.

  • Thank you for previous reply. Sorry I mean 23:00 hours on 8th in pm. Would this be okay? Now prices are showing at £1900 and another option of £1700 on booking.com. Any way to pay at cheapest rate I seen before? Thank you for your reply.

  • How far are restaurants?

    good morning ! to find restaurants you must either go to Hotel Saint Paul or La Reserve or Club Nautique (15mn walk, 70m down), or go to the old town / center either bus or taxi, or by renting electrical bikes Lime"15mn walk from the flat
