17th century town house, refurbished in 2021. in the city center of Bayeux. Very quiet (view of two courtyards set back from Place Saint Patrice). Optical fiber and Wi-Fi. Bright. For 4 people, sheets and beds made on arrival, household linen provided. Total area of ​​85 m2 Ground floor: Laundry room (15 m2), entrance and Garage (30 m2 which cannot accept cars). 1st Floor: Living room Fully equipped kitchen all on 40 m2, WC 2nd floor: Bathroom (4 m2 with Shower), WC, Bedroom 1 (1 double bed 140 over 13 m2) and Bedroom 2 (10 m2 with two single beds 90) Equipment: 2 TVs (121 cm and 107 cm), dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, hair dryer, Free Gauquelin-Despallières car park at 200 m, free Place Lombarderie car park at 300 m and paid parking place Saint Patrice except at night, midday and Sunday. 50 m from Bybus 100 m place Saint Patrice place du Marché and all shops 300 m supermarket Cathedral: 700m Bayeux Tapestry: 900m Train station: 1.6 km Golf Omah beach: 9 km Caen Memorial: 29 km American Cemetery: 18 km Landing beaches: 11 km Mont Saint-Michel: 117 km Paris at 260 km
