Remote paradise! We are in the middle of the mountain, away from civilization, in a haven of nature and peace. The best option for spend a few days completely disconnected, or as a base camp for mountaineers and hikers. We are at the foot of the main GR, on the way to the Refugio Poqueira, near the town of La Cebadilla and halfway along the " Ruta Circular " The near-utopia experience comes with some restrictions. Access by car is difficult. We are in high mountains and I recommend leaving the car in the town. I will go with my 4x4 to pick up the guests and the luggage upon arrival and I'll take back to your car upon departure, without any additional cost. Breakfast, that's incluyed in the final price, will consist of the following items: Coffee, different infusions, Colacao & Nesquik, cookies, cereals, muesly, Cow or Soy Milk, Butter, Jam from our fruits, the delicious Honey from my neighbor Paco, the traditional Alpujarreño cake of Torta de lata, Tomato from our garden ( if we are in season), rustic bread toast and juice or fruit depending on the season. (NOTE: Due to unforeseen circumstances, some items could be missing, although it is true that as a general rule there will always be everything) All breakfast items will be available to guests for free use at a time that best suits them.

Rural house located in the mountains, perfect for walkers, adventurers, people looking for a few days of retreat and disconnection, and for true nature lovers! With unbeatable views of the Sierra, the Veleta and other peaks, located in front of the upper part of the entire Poqueira ravine, spectacular panoramic view hidden from the view of the towns below. Sheltered by a pine forest to the East, and at the foot of the ditch of the roads, waterways made by the Muslims more than a thousand years ago, which brings water from the top of the mountain, flowing a couple of meters from the door of our rural house. Ideal to experience the true sensation of traditional mountain life. Next to the main GR, in the middle of "Sendero Circular", the route that by necessity every tourist ends up traveling, which also leads to the currently abandoned village of "La Cebadilla", 15 or 20 minutes from our house, point from which different routes depart to various parts of the Sierra Nevada, which is more attractive, among which the road to the "Poqueira Refuge" stands out, 2,500 mtrs. high and near the very top of Mulhacén, a route only suitable for true mountaineers. Although we are at a certain distance from the town by car, (depending on whether they come by 4x4 or tourism -consult the Accessibility section-) we are only 15 minutes walking down - 1/2 hour going up from Capileira, one of the most beautiful towns in Spain, practically in a straight line, although obviously on a slope, but without possibility of getting lost, in which you will enjoy the most beautiful places in our country.
